krele.co ("we", "us") provides workforce-management software to South African businesses. This page explains what personal information we collect, why we need it, and how we protect it under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect

• Account data: name, work email, employer, role.
• Usage data: timesheet entries, leave requests, expense claims you create.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent, session cookies.
• Contact requests: anything you send via the contact or callback forms.

Why we collect it

• To provide the service you (or your employer) signed up for.
• To authenticate you and protect your account.
• To respond to support requests.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations as a South African business.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Hosting and email-delivery providers under written processor agreements.
• Authorities, where compelled by law.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to satisfy legal and tax record-keeping (typically 5 years). Contact-form messages are kept up to 24 months.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time, and you may object to direct marketing. Email privacy@krele.co. If we cannot resolve your concern you can lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).

Cookies

We use first-party session cookies for authentication and CSRF protection. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
